Recall: 10,500 toddler bottles and cups recalled over lead poisoning risk

Check your cabinets as more than 10,000 toddler bottles and cups under the name of Green Sprouts have been recalled over lead poisoning concerns, according to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. The alert states the base of the cups and bottles can come off and expose a solder spot that contains lead, the CPSC said in its warning. The spot can pose a poison hazard to anyone using the cup. The recalled bottles and cups come in 6-ounce and 8-ounce sizes, and were sold at Buy Buy Baby, Whole Foods stores, Amazon, babyhaven.com, drugstore.com, target.com and Bed Bath & Beyond from January 2020 through September 2022 according to CPSC.
