Polo Mogul Serving Time For DUI Wants New Trial

The Wellington polo mogul serving 16-years for DUI manslaughter wants a new trial claiming vomit is new evidence in the case.

John Goodman's attorneys allege their client drank heavily AFTER the accident to dull the pain, so he was not drunk when his Bentley slammed into a car pushing it into a canal.

The owner of the so-called Man Cave - not far from the accident scene - says he cleaned up vomit the day after the accident and that was never presented in the trial.

Goodman's blood alcohol level was more than two-times the legal limit three hours after the deadly crash.
