Beginning April 1st anyone over the age of 50 will be able to schedule an appointment. Gov. Gavin Newsom said, "In just a few weeks, there'll be no rules, no limitations, as it relates to the ability to get a vaccine administered." In addition to the age pool opening up people who are family members accompanying currently eligible people to their vaccine appointments can get a vaccine too.
