Two suspects have been arrested in connection to a string of burglaries involving Jeeps parked at airports.

The Broward Sheriff's Office says two South Florida men in their twenties face charges of stealing parts off of the vehicles.

22-year old Jonathan Quintero and 25-year old Diogenes Morel Martinez were allegedly caught by detectives stealing headlights and grills from a couple of Jeep Wranglers in the long-term parking lot at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International.

They were followed out of the airport to the Sawgrass Mills Mall in Sunrise, and allegedly tried to target more Jeeps there. That's where the suspects were taken into custody and investigators say they confessed to the crimes.

At least ten Jeeps have been targeted recently at the Palm Beach International long-term parking garage, but the two men are not yet charged in those cases.

The investigation continues.
