Beware of scammers if you're thinking about getting hurricane impact windows. Miami-Dade Police Detective Angel Rodriguez says a father and son duo have been nabbed for stealing 9-thousand-dollars from the victims for services they didn't provide. 63-year-old Hector Jordan and his 28-year-old son Aaron told the victims they were licensed contractors with Hurricane Impact Window Authority, but they were not. They're charged with Organized Scheme to Defraud, 3rd-degree Grand Theft and Contracting without a license.
